Abstract:
To address the problems of heterogeneous devices, scattered data and single function in existing recorder analysis systems, this paper designed an operation recorder analysis system integrating video acquisition, analysis and issue closed-loop management. Using multi-source data integration and multi-source video playback as key technologies, the system implemented the whole-process management from video extraction, playback, tagging to interception and analysis. It solved the problems of data interaction with multi-vendor collection stations and compatibility of multi-encoded audio and video data, and reduced the storage and network bandwidth pressure imposed on existing systems by centralized storage schemes. Pilot applications show that the system is compatible with file data from collection stations of different brands and supports video playback in multiple encoding formats. It realizes the whole-process closed-loop management of safety issues from discovery, review, verification, responsibility confirmation to cancellation, improves the efficiency and quality of operation recorder analysis, and provides technical support for post-incident review of railway safety production.
