铁路桥隧设备快速巡检作业App设计与实现

Rapid inspection App for railway bridge and tunnel equipment

  • 摘要: 针对既有 App 软件采用点选和文字输入方式采集桥隧设备缺陷信息效率偏低的问题,设计了铁路桥隧设备快速巡检作业 App。该 App 包含巡检计划管理、设备地图展示、数据采集和历史缺陷信息查询等功能,利用北斗卫星导航系统(BDS,BeiDou Navigation Satellite System)与地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)融合技术,实现了桥隧巡检人员实时位置的精准定位,以及周边当日待检桥隧设备、结构信息的快速判定、精准推送与可视化展示;依托铁路内部服务网 / 外部服务网数据传输技术,保障了数据在内外网传输过程中的实时性、完整性与安全性,有效提升了桥隧巡检人员现场采集设备缺陷信息的效率,支撑了生产系统的高效业务闭环。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of low efficiency in collecting defect information of bridge and tunnel equipment through tapping and text input in existing App, this paper designed a rapid inspection App for railway bridge and tunnel equipment. The App provides functions such as inspection plan management, equipment map display, data collection and historical defect information query. The paper adopted the integrated technology of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) and Geographic Information System (GIS), and realized the accurate real-time positioning of bridge and tunnel inspectors, as well as the rapid identification, precise push and visual display of bridge and tunnel equipment to be inspected on the day and their structural information around the inspectors. By using data transmission technologies of the railway intranet and extranet, it guaranteed the real-time performance, integrity and security of data during cross-network transmission. The designed App effectively improves the on-site efficiency of inspectors in collecting defect information of bridge and tunnel equipment and supports the efficient closed-loop operation of production systems.
