基于Unity 3D的铁路危险货物运输应急处置演练仿真系统的设计与实现

Unity 3D-based simulation system for emergency response drills in railway dangerous goods transportation

  • 摘要: 针对铁路危险货物运输实地应急演练成本高、风险大、场景受限及复杂事故场景难以复现等问题,设计了基于 Unity 3D 的铁路危险货物运输应急处置演练仿真系统。采用三维建模还原铁路站场、危险货物运输车辆、应急救援设备及防护装备,结合物理引擎与流体力学原理,模拟液体泄漏扩散及衍生事故演化过程,构建 “接报—响应—处置—评估” 全流程应急框架,支持演练人员通过人机交互开展规范化应急操作训练。实际应用表明,该系统可实现无风险沉浸式演练,有效提升从业人员应急处置能力与协同配合水平,缩短应急响应时长,降低操作失误率,大幅缩减演练成本,为铁路危险货物运输安全培训提供了高效、安全、经济的实施路径。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of high cost, high risk, limited scenarios and difficulty in reproducing complex accidents in on-site emergency drills for railway dangerous goods transportation, this paper designed a Unity 3D-based simulation system for emergency response drills in railway dangerous goods transportation. It adopted 3D modeling to restore railway station yards, dangerous goods transport vehicles, emergency rescue equipment and protective gear. Combined with physics engines and fluid mechanics principles, the system simulated the evolution of liquid leakage and diffusion as well as secondary accidents, and constructed a full-process emergency framework of“report reception-response-disposal-assessment”. It allowed drill personnel to conduct standardized emergency operation training through human-computer interaction. Practical application shows that the system realizes risk-free immersive drilling, improves practitioners’ emergency disposal and collaboration capabilities, shortens emergency response time, and reduces operational error rates while greatly cutting drill costs. It provides an efficient, safe and economical approach for the safety training of railway dangerous goods transportation.
