Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of inefficient information recording, insufficient data utilization, and lack of scientific overall planning for maintenance in the daily management of heavy-duty Maintenance-Of-May (MOW) machinery, this paper designed a management information system for the operation and maintenance of heavy-duty MOW machinery. The system managed and controlled heavy-duty MOW machinery in terms of equipment records, operation, construction, and maintenance processes. Based on accumulated production data, it assessed equipment status in real time and provided reasonable maintenance suggestions, thereby improving management efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and realizing the transformation of maintenance modes from time-based maintenance to fault-based maintenance and preventive maintenance. Trial results show that the system basically meets the needs of operation and maintenance management units, effectively improves the daily management level of heavy-duty MOW machinery, and possesses strong engineering practical value.
