城轨信号设备远程重启系统的设计与实现

  • 摘要: 城市轨道交通(简称:城轨)信号设备在日常检修与故障恢复过程中均存在重启需求,为进一步提升设备重启效率,设计了一套城轨信号设备远程重启控制系统。文章分别介绍了系统结构、核心功能及采用的关键技术,并分析了该系统的应用效果。该系统通过一系列流程控制与权限控制,保障了设备重启操作的安全性;通过客户端图形化界面,方便操作人员查看设备状态、下发重启命令及进行权限管理。该系统已成功应用于天津地铁某线路,不仅显著提升了维保人员的维护效率,并有效保障了重启操作的安全性,为城轨信号设备运维数字化提供了有力支撑。

     

    Abstract: Urban rail transit signal equipment requires restart during daily maintenance and fault recovery. To further improve the efficiency of equipment restart, this paper designed a remote restart control system for urban rail transit signal equipment. The paper respectively introduced the system structure, core functions and key technologies adopted, and analyzed the application effect of the system. The system ensures the safety of equipment restart operations through a series of process control and authority control; through the client-side graphical interface, it facilitates operators to check equipment status, issue restart commands and perform authority management. The system has been successfully applied to a line of Tianjin Metro, which not only greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of maintenance personnel, but also effectively ensures the safety of restart operations, providing strong support for the digital operation and maintenance of urban rail transit signal equipment.
