基于微服务架构的铁路企业劳动和卫生工作平台设计与实现

Railway enterprise labor and health work platform based on microservice architecture

  • 摘要: 针对铁路企业劳动和卫生工作中存在的效率低下、数据孤岛、数据时效性差等问题,设计并实现了一种基于微服务架构的铁路企业劳动和卫生工作平台,阐述了该平台的架构、功能及关键技术。该平台采用 Spring Cloud 微服务框架,将人员调剂、定员管理、工资标准管理等核心业务功能拆分为独立服务模块;引入 Nacos 服务治理技术,解决微服务架构下的服务交互与协同问题。该平台已在中国铁路兰州局集团有限公司上线应用。实际应用结果表明,该平台可有效整合劳动和卫生工作资源,实现跨部门数据共享与协同办公,为铁路企业人力资源管理优化提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: This paper targets the problems of low efficiency, data silos, and poor data timeliness existing in labor and health work of railway enterprises. It designed and implemented a railway enterprise labor and health work platform based on microservice architecture, and presented the architecture, functions, and key technologies of the platform. The platform adopted the Spring Cloud microservice framework and split core business functions such as personnel adjustment, staffing management, and wage standard management into independent service modules. It introduced Nacos service governance technology to solve the problems of service interaction and collaboration under the microservice architecture. The platform has been put into use in China Railway Lanzhou Group Co., Ltd. Practical application results show that the platform effectively integrates labor and health work resources, realizes cross-departmental data sharing and collaborative office, and provides technical support for the optimization of human resource management in railway enterprises.
