Abstract:
This paper targets the problems of low efficiency, data silos, and poor data timeliness existing in labor and health work of railway enterprises. It designed and implemented a railway enterprise labor and health work platform based on microservice architecture, and presented the architecture, functions, and key technologies of the platform. The platform adopted the Spring Cloud microservice framework and split core business functions such as personnel adjustment, staffing management, and wage standard management into independent service modules. It introduced Nacos service governance technology to solve the problems of service interaction and collaboration under the microservice architecture. The platform has been put into use in China Railway Lanzhou Group Co., Ltd. Practical application results show that the platform effectively integrates labor and health work resources, realizes cross-departmental data sharing and collaborative office, and provides technical support for the optimization of human resource management in railway enterprises.
