基于数据驱动的铁路货运场站营销辅助决策系统设计与实现

Data-driven marketing decision support system for railway freight yards

  • 摘要: 针对铁路货运场站营销决策精准化的需求,提出基于数据驱动的铁路货运场站营销辅助决策系统设计方案。该方案通过整合货运场站内外部多源数据,为生产监控、营销管理、客户服务及资源管理提供智能化决策支持,以提升铁路货运服务质量与运营效率。文章采用多源异构数据融合技术,并结合 Prophet 时间序列预测模型,实现铁路货运场站营销模式从被动响应向主动预测的转变,为铁路货运场站营销决策提供科学、精准、智能化的支撑。实际应用表明,该系统不仅验证了数据驱动技术在铁路货运场站领域的适用性,更为铁路货运场站营销管理的数字化转型提供了可复用的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: This paper addressed the demand for precise marketing decision-making in railway freight yards, and presented a design scheme of a data-driven marketing decision support system for railway freight yards. It aimed to provide intelligent decision support for production monitoring, marketing management, customer service and resource management by integrating multi-source internal and external data in freight yards, so as to improve the service quality and operation efficiency of railway freight transportation. This paper adopted multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology and combined the Prophet time series prediction model, which realized the transformation of railway freight yard marketing modes from passive response to active prediction, and provided scientific, accurate and intelligent support for marketing decision-making. Practical applications show that the system not only verifies the applicability of data-driven technologies in the field of railway freight yards, but also provides a reusable technical path for the digital transformation of marketing management in railway freight yards.
