Abstract:
This paper designed a distributed, loosely coupled, scalable, and easily maintainable integrated intelligent safety management and control scheme for information production to solve the problems in the information systems of railway bureau group companies, such as cross-application integration, cross-level collaboration, and efficient real-time data exchange. The paper adopted URL rewriting technology to design reasonable routing logic and realized the integration of application programming interfaces (APIs) for various information systems. It also introduced the MQTT message broker as middleware and properly designed topics to achieve loosely coupled, low-latency, and high-concurrency information interaction among heterogeneous information systems. Pilot applications in China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd. show that the scheme effectively integrates information systems across the entire field of information production. It enables real-time distribution and push, hierarchical management and control, as well as collaborative linkage of safety production events among relevant personnel at all levels of the group company based on their roles, permissions, responsibility scopes, and importance levels.
