信息生产智能安全一体化管控关键技术研究

Key technologies for integrated intelligent safety management and control in information production

  • 摘要: 为解决铁路局集团公司信息系统在跨应用系统贯通、跨层级部门协同及高效实时数据交互方面存在的问题,设计了一套分布式、松耦合、可扩展且易维护的信息生产智能安全一体化管控方案。文章应用URL重写技术合理设计路由逻辑,实现各信息系统应用程序编程接口的整合;引入MQTT消息代理作为中间件、合理规划主题,实现各信息系统之间松耦合、低延时、高并发的信息交互。在中国铁路北京局集团有限公司(简称:北京局集团公司)试点应用表明,该方案能够有效整合信息生产全领域的信息系统,可以实现全领域安全生产事件在集团公司各层级相关人员间按照角色、权限、责任范围、重要等级等条件实时地分发推送、分级管控和协作联动。

     

    Abstract: This paper designed a distributed, loosely coupled, scalable, and easily maintainable integrated intelligent safety management and control scheme for information production to solve the problems in the information systems of railway bureau group companies, such as cross-application integration, cross-level collaboration, and efficient real-time data exchange. The paper adopted URL rewriting technology to design reasonable routing logic and realized the integration of application programming interfaces (APIs) for various information systems. It also introduced the MQTT message broker as middleware and properly designed topics to achieve loosely coupled, low-latency, and high-concurrency information interaction among heterogeneous information systems. Pilot applications in China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd. show that the scheme effectively integrates information systems across the entire field of information production. It enables real-time distribution and push, hierarchical management and control, as well as collaborative linkage of safety production events among relevant personnel at all levels of the group company based on their roles, permissions, responsibility scopes, and importance levels.
