Abstract:
This paper designed and developed a metro vehicle heavy maintenance production management system to address the current problems, such as opaque execution of production plans, ineffective accumulation and sharing of maintenance experience, difficult traceability of material requisitions, numerous breakpoints in business processes, and extensive management of vehicle records. It analyzed the current status of the vehicle overhaul business, described the system architecture in detail and introduced its core functions, such as automatic annual plan scheduling, sequence plan generation, and work order issuance. By adopting a development technology based on a customized framework, it solved the problems of low efficiency in the digital transformation of vehicle heavy maintenance and difficulties in data interconnection. Practical application shows that the system covers all business scenarios of metro vehicle heavy maintenance, successfully implements the digital transformation of the vehicle heavy maintenance production, and effectively promotes the refined management of the vehicle heavy maintenance business.
