地铁车辆架大修生产管理系统设计与应用

  • 摘要: 为解决当前地铁车辆架大修生产计划执行不透明、维修经验不能积累共享、物料领用难追溯、业务流程断点多及车辆履历管理粗放等问题,设计并开发了地铁车辆架大修生产管理系统。文章分析了车辆架大修业务现状,详述了系统架构,以及自动编排年计划、生成列计划、下发工单等核心功能,通过定制化框架开发技术,解决了车辆架大修数字化转型效率低、数据互联互通难度大的问题。实际应用表明,该系统覆盖了地铁车辆架大修全业务场景,成功实现了地铁车辆架大修生产的数字化转型,有力推动了车辆架大修业务的精细化管理。

     

    Abstract: This paper designed and developed a metro vehicle heavy maintenance production management system to address the current problems, such as opaque execution of production plans, ineffective accumulation and sharing of maintenance experience, difficult traceability of material requisitions, numerous breakpoints in business processes, and extensive management of vehicle records. It analyzed the current status of the vehicle overhaul business, described the system architecture in detail and introduced its core functions, such as automatic annual plan scheduling, sequence plan generation, and work order issuance. By adopting a development technology based on a customized framework, it solved the problems of low efficiency in the digital transformation of vehicle heavy maintenance and difficulties in data interconnection. Practical application shows that the system covers all business scenarios of metro vehicle heavy maintenance, successfully implements the digital transformation of the vehicle heavy maintenance production, and effectively promotes the refined management of the vehicle heavy maintenance business.
