Abstract:
To meet the growing requirements of freight safety management in China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guangzhou Group), and to address issues such as interconnection and interoperability, information sharing, and integrated management among freight business systems, this paper designed and developed a freight safety monitoring system. This paper described the system architecture, optimized the freight safety management workflow, and introduced a custom workflow engine to implement multi-level approval and closed-loop processing of overload telegrams and loading plans. By constructing a safety information problem database, this paper collected and summarized typical and tendency-related freight safety risk issues, conducted focused supervision, shared them hierarchically, and identified the trends and potential safety risks of the occurrence of safety information, thereby providing a basis for safety management and decision support for freight management departments. Practical application shows that the system implements information exchange and collaborative management across multiple levels of freight departments, meeting the requirements for integrated, comprehensive, and refined freight safety management in Guangzhou Group.
