基于12306的铁水联运服务系统设计与应用

  • 摘要: 为破解铁路旅客跨海联程运输(简称:联运)中存在的票证割裂、换乘低效等问题,设计并实现了基于中国铁路12306互联网售票系统(简称:12306)的铁水联运服务系统。文章以实现“一票通达、一证通行”为目标,整合铁路、公路与轮渡资源,重点阐述系统架构、核心功能及关键技术。该系统通过多级订单结构与统一编码体系实现多制式票务融合;研发多合一检票终端,支持跨交通方式一体化验检;构建高可用服务系统,保障业务稳定运行。试点应用情况表明,该系统可显著提升旅客联运效率与出行体验,为全国旅客联运服务提供实践范例,有力支撑综合交通运输体系高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of fragmented ticketing and inefficient transfers in cross-sea intermodal passenger transport (referred to as intermodal transport), this paper designed and implemented a railway-waterway intermodal transport service system based on the China railway 12306 Internet ticketing and reservation system (12306 for short). Aiming to achieve "one ticket for the whole journey and one certificate for smooth travel", the paper integrated railway, highway and ferry resources, and focused on elaborating the system architecture, core functions and key technologies. Specifically, the system realized multi-standard ticketing integration through a multi-level order structure and a unified coding system, developed an all-in-one ticket checking terminal to support integrated verification across different transportation modes, and constructed a highly available service system to guarantee stable business operation. Pilot application results indicate that the system significantly improves the efficiency of passenger intermodal transport and enhances travelers' experience, provides a practical paradigm for national passenger intermodal transport services and strongly supports the high-quality development of the comprehensive transportation system.
