铁路客货运关键设备智能化运维管理系统的设计与实现

Intelligent operation and maintenance management system for key railway passenger and freight transportation equipment

  • 摘要: 为推进铁路营运单位业务流程自动化、运行维护(简称:运维)智能化与管理精细化,设计并实现了铁路客货运关键设备智能化运维管理系统,构建了涵盖设备采购、建档、巡检、维修至报废的全生命周期管理体系。通过离线数据采集与同步、精细化安全控制等关键技术,实现了任务工单自动派发、故障一键上报、维修过程可追溯,以及设备状态实时监控与智能预警。应用结果表明,该系统可有效提升运维响应速度与管理效率,降低人力与维护成本,为铁路设备安全稳定运行提供了可靠支撑。

     

    Abstract: To promote the automation of business processes, the intelligence of operation and maintenance, and the refinement of management in railway operating units, this paper designed and implemented an intelligent operation and maintenance management system for key railway passenger and freight transportation equipment, and built a full life cycle management system covering equipment procurement, registration, inspection, maintenance, and disposal. Through key technologies such as offline data collection and synchronization, and refined safety control, the paper realized the automatic distribution of work orders, one click fault reporting, traceable maintenance processes, as well as real time monitoring of equipment status and intelligent early warning. The application results show that the system can effectively improve the speed of operation and maintenance response and management efficiency, reduce labor and maintenance costs, and provide reliable support for the safe and stable operation of railway equipment.
