Abstract:
To promote the automation of business processes, the intelligence of operation and maintenance, and the refinement of management in railway operating units, this paper designed and implemented an intelligent operation and maintenance management system for key railway passenger and freight transportation equipment, and built a full life cycle management system covering equipment procurement, registration, inspection, maintenance, and disposal. Through key technologies such as offline data collection and synchronization, and refined safety control, the paper realized the automatic distribution of work orders, one click fault reporting, traceable maintenance processes, as well as real time monitoring of equipment status and intelligent early warning. The application results show that the system can effectively improve the speed of operation and maintenance response and management efficiency, reduce labor and maintenance costs, and provide reliable support for the safe and stable operation of railway equipment.
