Abstract: To address the problems of complex operation and management, frequent large passenger flow gatherings, and difficulty in sharing operation information among different transportation modes under the intermodal transportation mode of urban rail transit (URT) hubs, this paper proposed an overall technical plan for transfer guidance information services in URT hubs. The paper studied key technologies such as intelligent guidance for passengers' transfer and connection routes, information sharing for large passenger flow emergency evacuation, and standardization of operation data interfaces for multiple transportation modes. It implemented the guarantee of rapid transfer and connection as well as information transmission in URT hubs and provided comprehensive information services for intermodal travel. The application results show that this plan can improve the efficiency of passengers' transfer in hubs, enhance the intelligent level of passenger flow guidance, and provide supporting conditions for the intermodal service capacity of the URT hub management and control platform.
