Abstract: To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of railway network data resources, this paper analyzed the current state of research on network data security management both domestically and internationally, as well as the existing gaps in railway network data security. Based on national policies, regulations, and standards, combining the characteristics of the railway industry, it designed a comprehensive railway network data security governance system that covered organizational construction, management systems, technical standards, protection technologies, and data security operations. This system provided insights for the development of railway network data security and supported the overall improvement of network data security in the railway industry.
