Abstract:
In response to the situation where dispatch on-duty personnel lacked timely and effective information-based response means after an earthquake, this paper designed a post-earthquake emergency disposal system for railways. The paper elaborated on the system architecture, data architecture, and nine core functions. By applying key technologies such as Geographic Information System (GIS) and spatial analysis, big data integration and real-time processing, and emergency disposal simulation and visualization, this paper realized the rapid assessment of earthquake impacts, plan generation, and information synchronization and sharing, thereby solving the problems of delayed post-earthquake emergency response and insufficient decision-making basis. The practical application results show that this system has high efficiency and practicability, and can provide safety guarantees for taking standardized emergency measures and resuming operations after an earthquake.
