铁路科技企业项目物料管理系统设计与实现

Project material management system for railway technology enterprises

  • 摘要: 针对铁路科技企业在项目规模持续扩大、复杂度不断提升背景下普遍存在的物料管理粗放、过程管控薄弱、各系统间信息孤岛及供应商协同缺失等问题,设计铁路科技企业项目物料管理系统。通过基于地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)的仓库可视化、基于光学字符识别(OCR,Optical Character Recognition)的智能清单识别及三方物流实时跟踪等关键技术,提升了库存透明度、物料信息采集效率和供应链响应能力。实际应用表明,该系统实现了项目全过程的精细化管控,提高了库存周转率与业务协同效率,提升了企业运营效率与管理水平。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous expansion of project scale and increasing complexity in railway technology enterprises, this paper designed a project material management system for them to address the common problems, such as extensive material management, weak process control, information silos between various systems, and lack of supplier collaboration. By adopting key technologies including warehouse visualization based on Geographic Information System (GIS), intelligent list recognition based on Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and real-time tracking of third-party logistics, the paper improved inventory transparency, material information collection efficiency, and supply chain responsiveness. The practical application results show that this system implements refined management and control throughout the entire project process, increases inventory turnover rate and business collaboration efficiency, and enhances enterprise operational efficiency and management level.
