Abstract:
To reduce the procurement cost of general materials for national railway enterprises, and give full play to the advantages of quantity-based centralized negotiation, this paper designed and implemented a batch procurement system for the national railway general materials procurement platform, and elaborated on the system's overall architecture, technical architecture, main functions, and key technologies. Through this system, it effectively separated the scattered procurement from the bulk procurement of general materials for national railway enterprises, adopted a project-based operation mode, and achieved centralized bulk negotiation for procurement materials. The application results show that this system enhances the negotiation capability, achieves cost reduction, expenditure saving, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement in general materials procurement work, and exhibits significant economic benefits and demonstration effects.
