Abstract:
Addressing the issues of complex factors, strong subjectivity, and difficulty in grading in the evaluation of the intelligence level of prefabricated beam yard for high-speed railways, this paper proposed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Bayesian networks, constructed a two-tier indicators system covering intelligent equipment and construction, intelligent test and inspection, intelligent management, and the degree of intelligence, A grade classification method based on the evaluation results was also proposed to promote the continuous improvement in the intelligent construction level of beam yard. The paper applied this method to the quarterly data evaluation of an actual beam yard. The results showed that the beam yard was at the primary intelligence level in the first three quarters and improved to the intermediate level in the fourth quarter, which verified the dynamic guiding role of the evaluation system. The case analysis indicates that this method has strong operability and high credibility of results, is suitable for evaluating the intelligence level of beam yard.
