基于北斗的铁路集装箱定位识别系统设计与实现

Railway container positioning and number identification system based on BeiDou satellite navigation system

  • 摘要: 针对传统铁路集装箱堆场中人工定位集装箱与箱号识别存在的效率低下问题,以龙门吊与正面吊为研究载体,提出一种基于北斗卫星导航系统(简称:北斗)的集装箱定位识别系统。该系统整合北斗实时动态差分(RTK,Real-Time Kinematic)定位技术和激光测距技术,对集装箱的起始位置和结束位置进行精准判断,同时,基于机器学习算法构建集装箱号区域自动检测与识别模型,实现集装箱精准定位与箱号自动识别,满足现场使用需求。实际应用表明,该系统有效解决了传统作业中集装箱定位偏差大、识别效率低的问题,可为提升集装箱堆场装卸作业自动化效率提供可靠技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In response to the low efficiency of manual container positioning and container number identification in traditional railway container yards, this paper selected gantry cranes and reach stackers as the research carriers, and proposed a railway container positioning and number identification system based on the BeiDou satellite navigation system (hereinafter referred to as BeiDou). The system integrates BeiDou Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning technology and laser ranging technology to accurately determine the starting and ending positions of containers. At the same time, the system integrates a machine learning-based automatic detection and identification model for container number areas to implement precise positioning of containers and automatic identification of container numbers, thus meeting the needs of on-site use. Field deployment demonstrates that the proposed system effectively eliminates the significant positioning errors and low recognition rates inherent in traditional practices, providing reliable technical support for improving the automation level of loading and unloading operations in railway container yards.
