Abstract:
To solve the problems of low transmission efficiency, high error rates in command transmission, and insufficient execution supervision and tracking in current railway passenger car depot dispatching command management, this paper designed and developed a digital dispatching command management system for railway passenger car depots, which is oriented to collaboration between group companies and stations. It optimized the entire process of generating, circulating, executing, and analyzing depot operation dispatching commands between railway group companies, stations, depots, and workshops through digitalization of dispatching commands and rule engine technology, and implemented automatic generation, intelligent safety verification, precise transmission, and full-process execution monitoring of dispatching commands. The application of this system can promote the standardization of various vehicle operation processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive the digital and intelligent transformation of railway transportation operations.
