Abstract:
This paper proposed a railway data resource whole lifecycle management model and sharing mechanism to address the issues of fragmented data management and inadequate sharing mechanisms in the railway industry. This model was based on a railway data service platform, and constructed a closed-loop management system from data collection, governance to sharing applications through key technologies such as physical and logical hybrid storage strategy, data quality audit rule engine, machine learning algorithm library, and unified data open portal. The shared process designed based on this model took the data open portal as the core, and implemented the improvement of data collection efficiency and standardization of the shared process. The application shows that the model and sharing process significantly shorten the data sharing cycle, providing a feasible path for promoting the circulation of data elements and maximizing data value.
