Abstract:
This paper designed an application system based on Fault Prediction and Health Management (PHM) technology for the operation, maintenance, and management needs of the C80B series heavy-duty freight cars on the Datong - Qinhuangdao railway, elaborated on the architecture of the system, as well as the key technologies used such as digital twin, data fusion, and machine learning, implemented functions such as status monitoring, fault management, quality evaluation, predictive analysis, and risk control. It can help to improve the intelligence level of Datong - Qinhuangdao railway operation and maintenance.
