基于大模型的铁路智能办公系统架构设计及关键技术研究

  • 摘要: 在铁路数字办公场景中,部分流程性、重复性基础事务占用了大量人力资源,导致团队难以在专业化、高价值领域充分释放潜力,为此,开展基于大模型的铁路智能办公体系架构设计及关键技术研究。文章分析铁路数字化办公系统现状及当前办公场景中存在的问题,重点研究融合多人声纹识别的语音转写、基于检索增强生成的铁路知识问答、基于图文理解的多模态数据解析及基于思维链的文本生成等关键技术,并提供了大模型在铁路智能办公领域的应用实践方案。实践结果表明,研究成果有效提高了铁路办公效率与管理水平,提升了办公领域的智能化水平,为铁路新质生产力的发展提供了新动力,也可为后续铁路办公领域智能化技术的进一步应用研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the digital office scenario of railways, some procedural and repetitive basic transactions occupy a large amount of human resources, make it difficult for teams to fully unleash their potential in specialized and high-value fields. Therefore, this paper carried out the architecture design and key technology research of a railway intelligent office system based on large models. It analyzed the current status of railway digital office systems and the problems in current office scenarios, focused on key technologies such as speech transcription that integrates multi person voiceprint recognition, railway knowledge question answering based on retrieval enhancement, multimodal data analysis based on graphic and text understanding, and text generation based on thinking chains. It also provided practical solutions for the application of large models in the field of railway intelligent office. The practical results have shown that the research achievements have effectively improved the efficiency and management level of railway office, enhanced the intelligence level of the office field, provided new impetus for the development of new quality productive forces in railways, and also provide reference for further application research of intelligent technology in the railway office field.
