多模态大模型和数字孪生协同驱动的动车组“数字机械师” 应用设计

EMU "digital mechanic" application design based on multimodal large model and digital twin collaborative drive

  • 摘要: 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,多模态大模型和数字孪生技术为动车组智能运营维护(简称:运维)提供了新的技术路径。针对动车组随车机械师日常作业中面临的诸多问题,结合多模态大模型和数字孪生技术,设计了动车组“数字机械师”应用,旨在协助随车机械师履行工作职责,提升动车组运维智能化水平,保障行车安全。通过检索增强生成、云边协同计算及数字孪生等技术实现了多模态大模型在动车组运维领域的垂域适配,助力动车组运维模式向数字化转型。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, multimodal large models and digital twin technology provide new technological paths for intelligent operation and maintenance of EMU. This paper aimed to address the many problems faced by on-board mechanics in the daily operations of EMU. By combining multimodal large models and digital twin technology, the paper designed EMU "digital mechanic" application to assist on-board mechanics in fulfilling their job responsibilities, improve the level of intelligent operation and maintenance of EMU, and ensure driving safety. It implemented vertical adaptation of multimodal large models in the field of EMU operation and maintenance through technologies such as retrieval augmented generation, cloud edge collaborative computing, and digital twinning, helped to transform the EMU operation and maintenance mode towards digitalization.
