Abstract: In response to the data security risks brought about by the development of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in the process of railway digitization and intelligence, this paper constructed a railway network data security governance framework oriented to era of digitization and intelligence. It started with the current situation of railway network data security protection, analyzed the new risks faced by railway network data security in the era of digitization and intelligence, proposed a vision for data security governance, implemented data asset protection through the application of database waterproof dam technology, and further released the value of data through the extension application of data backup technology, thereby achieving better data governance goals. It can provide reference and inspiration for data security governance in the future era of digitization of railways.
