铁路车站客运设备可视化智能巡检系统设计

Visualized intelligent inspection system for railway station passenger transport equipment

  • 摘要: 针对铁路客运设备管理依赖纸质台账,存在维护效率低、巡检盲区及数据利用不足等问题,提出铁路车站客运设备可视化智能巡检系统。利用近场通信(NFC,Near Field Communication)与北斗卫星导航系统定位采集实时数据,结合加密穿网技术,保障数据传输安全,并通过三维建模与SuperMap GIS服务,实现设备信息可视化与巡检全过程监督。试点应用表明,该系统显著提升了设备管理效率与巡检质量,为客运生产安全提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of low maintenance efficiency, blind spots in inspections, and insufficient data utilization caused by the reliance on paper ledgers for railway passenger transport equipment management, this paper proposed a visualized intelligent inspection system for railway station passenger transport equipment. It utilized Near Field Communication (NFC) and the Beidou satellite navigation system to locate and collect real-time data, combined encrypted network penetration technology to ensure data transmission security, and through 3D modeling and SuperMap GIS services to implement equipment information visualization and supervision of the entire inspection process. The pilot application shows that the system significantly improves equipment management efficiency and inspection quality, provides technical support for passenger transportation production safety.
