Abstract:
In order to effectively enhance the research and judgment ability of flood prevention and control risks for general speed railways and reduce the labor intensity of on-site flood control personnel, this paper designed a video monitoring and alarm application for railway flood control management system based on artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This application adopted a technology architecture of passive wireless and cloud collaboration, deployed intelligent cameras at the front-end flood control points for real-time disaster monitoring, transmitted data to the cloud through 4G/5G mobile communication networks or satellite communication, and combined multimodal disaster identification algorithms for secondary analysis and alarm. Practical application has shown that this application can effectively reduce the false alarm rate and missed alarm rate of disasters, significantly improve the research and judgment ability of flood control risks, and provide reliable technical support for ensuring railway transportation safety.
