Abstract:
In order to improve the management level of rail transit joint debugging and testing projects, optimize the processes of data reporting, data induction, and data statistical analysis in the work process, and solve the problems of project management personnel being unable to understand the on-site situation in real time and low efficiency in management of legacy issue tracking, this paper relied on an existing rail transit project in a certain city to develop an intelligent management system for rail transit joint debugging and testing, elaborated on the architecture, functions, and key technologies of the system. Practical application has shown that the system can implement information and digital management of rail transit joint debugging and testing projects, effectively improve project management level, facilitate the deep integration of information technology and rail transit application scenarios, reduce personnel workload, lower project costs, and improve work efficiency.
