Abstract: In order to meet the customized preferential needs proposed by local governments, while ensure the safety and integrity of railway transportation revenue, and further enhance the convenient riding experience of railway passengers, this paper adopted a hierarchical architecture and designed the Ride discount system for China Railway & Banking Express Pay Pujiang Discount Car based on incremental data control and synchronization, multiple business security verifications, and data security protection technologies. It implemented functions such as preferential activity management, preferential interval management, preferential account definition, preferential accounting processing, and self-service preferential query on the Railway 12306 App. The system has been put into use on the Chengdu - Ya'an railway and has achieved good results.
