基于智能物联技术的涉铁工程大型机械设备管理方案

Management solution for large-scale mechanical equipment of railway related engineering based on Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT)

  • 摘要: 为解决涉铁工程施工中大型机械设备(简称:设备)管理面临的实时监控不足、权限管控薄弱,以及安全隐患较高等问题,提出了基于智能物联技术的设备管理方案。通过人工智能识别分析及物联网通信等关键技术,实现设备的实时监控、权限管理和异常报警,同时,在权限管控模块引入智能物联锁,通过蓝牙绑定实现授权操作,有效杜绝设备滥用和违规操作。在四川某环城公路桥梁工程中试点应用的结果表明,该方案能够显著提升施工现场安全管控能力,降低设备违规操作风险,为铁路工程施工的安全管理提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of insufficient real-time monitoring, weak permission control, and high safety hazards in the management of large mechanical equipment (referred to as equipment) in railway related engineering construction, this paper proposed an equipment management solution based on Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) technology. It used key technologies such as artificial intelligence identification, analyzation and IoT communication, implemented real-time monitoring, permission management, and abnormal alarm of equipment. At the same time, it introduced intelligent IoT lock in the permission control module and implemented authorization operations through Bluetooth binding, effectively prevented equipment abuse and illegal operations. The results of the pilot application in a ring road bridge project in Sichuan Province show that this solution can significantly improve the safety control ability of the construction site, reduce the risk of equipment violations, and provide technical support for the safety management of railway engineering construction.
