Abstract:
To solve the problems of insufficient real-time monitoring, weak permission control, and high safety hazards in the management of large mechanical equipment (referred to as equipment) in railway related engineering construction, this paper proposed an equipment management solution based on Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) technology. It used key technologies such as artificial intelligence identification, analyzation and IoT communication, implemented real-time monitoring, permission management, and abnormal alarm of equipment. At the same time, it introduced intelligent IoT lock in the permission control module and implemented authorization operations through Bluetooth binding, effectively prevented equipment abuse and illegal operations. The results of the pilot application in a ring road bridge project in Sichuan Province show that this solution can significantly improve the safety control ability of the construction site, reduce the risk of equipment violations, and provide technical support for the safety management of railway engineering construction.
