Abstract: In response to the difficulties in problems collecting and tracking during the completion acceptance process, this paper analyzed the digital management requirements for the completion acceptance of high-speed railway construction projects, and constructed a digital management system for high-speed railway completion and acceptance. The paper elaborated on its architecture and key technologies, implemented functions such as acceptance problem management, comprehensive display, and basic data management. The pilot application has shown that the system can record the results of various stages and professional acceptance inspections throughout the entire process, track problem rectification in a closed loop, improve the efficiency of high-speed railway construction project completion acceptance, and effectively enhance the digital management level of completion acceptance.
