Abstract:
In response to the problems of relying on manual labor, high costs, and long troubleshooting time for the operation and maintenance of face recognition algorithm services in the China railway ticketing and reservation system (referred to as the ticket system), this paper proposed an intelligent operation and maintenance framework for railway ticket face recognition algorithm services based on multi-agent. It analyzed the current status and operational and maintenance difficulties of railway ticket face recognition algorithm services, designed a multi-agent collaboration mechanism to provide a full chain solution from fault detection to fault warning. The experimental results show that this framework has stable performance in the face recognition algorithm service testing environment, can effectively improve operation and maintenance efficiency, and provide reference for further research on intelligent operation and maintenance technology of ticket system.
