基于多智能体的铁路客票人脸识别算法服务智能运维框架研究

  • 摘要: 针对中国铁路客票发售和预订系统(简称:客票系统)中人脸识别算法服务运营维护(简称:运维)工作依赖人工、成本高、故障解决时间长等问题,提出基于多智能体的铁路客票人脸识别算法服务智能运维框架。文章分析铁路客票人脸识别算法服务现状和运维难点,设计了一种多智能体协作机制,提供了从故障发现到故障预警的全链路方案。试验结果表明,该框架在人脸识别算法服务测试环境中性能稳定,能够有效提升运维效率,可为后续进一步研究客票系统运维智能化技术提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of relying on manual labor, high costs, and long troubleshooting time for the operation and maintenance of face recognition algorithm services in the China railway ticketing and reservation system (referred to as the ticket system), this paper proposed an intelligent operation and maintenance framework for railway ticket face recognition algorithm services based on multi-agent. It analyzed the current status and operational and maintenance difficulties of railway ticket face recognition algorithm services, designed a multi-agent collaboration mechanism to provide a full chain solution from fault detection to fault warning. The experimental results show that this framework has stable performance in the face recognition algorithm service testing environment, can effectively improve operation and maintenance efficiency, and provide reference for further research on intelligent operation and maintenance technology of ticket system.
