Abstract:
Operating equipment is an important component of urban rail transit, and its reliability directly affects operational safety and efficiency. This paper took platform screen door equipment as the research object, analyzed the relationship between the frequency and time interval distribution of platform screen door equipment failures based on statistical data, constructed a platform screen door reliability model based on a two parameter Weibull distribution, and implemented the risk assessment of platform screen door equipment failures. Based on this model, the paper designed a platform screen door equipment reliability calculation tool, which had functions such as equipment failure probability calculation, fault tree analysis, user permission management, and log recording, implemented equipment operation data analysis and reliability management based on interface operation. The pilot application shows that this computing tool can effectively improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of equipment, provide strong guarantees for the safe and reliable operation of urban rail transit.
