城市轨道交通站台门可靠性模型研究与计算工具设计

Reliability model and calculation tool for platform screen doors of urban rail transit

  • 摘要: 运营设备是城市轨道交通的重要组成部分,其可靠性直接关系到运营安全与效率。文章以站台门设备为研究对象,基于统计数据分析了站台门设备故障频次与时间间隔分布关系,构建了基于二参数威布尔分布的站台门可靠性模型,实现了站台门设备失效风险评估。基于该模型,设计了一款站台门设备可靠性计算工具,该工具具有设备失效概率计算、故障树分析、用户权限管理和日志记录等功能,实现了基于界面操作的设备运营数据分析与可靠性管理。试点应用表明,该计算工具可有效提升设备的运营维护效率,为城市轨道交通的安全可靠运行提供有力保障。

     

    Abstract: Operating equipment is an important component of urban rail transit, and its reliability directly affects operational safety and efficiency. This paper took platform screen door equipment as the research object, analyzed the relationship between the frequency and time interval distribution of platform screen door equipment failures based on statistical data, constructed a platform screen door reliability model based on a two parameter Weibull distribution, and implemented the risk assessment of platform screen door equipment failures. Based on this model, the paper designed a platform screen door equipment reliability calculation tool, which had functions such as equipment failure probability calculation, fault tree analysis, user permission management, and log recording, implemented equipment operation data analysis and reliability management based on interface operation. The pilot application shows that this computing tool can effectively improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of equipment, provide strong guarantees for the safe and reliable operation of urban rail transit.
