Abstract:
This paper designed a railway geographic environment monitoring information system to address the problems of excessive reliance on manual inspection, single monitoring methods, and outdated management of hidden dangers ledger in current railway geographic environment risk monitoring work. The paper used risk and hidden dangers analysis techniques, analysis of adjacent mileage points of risk and hidden dangers, and risk level assessment algorithms to obtain potential risk and hidden dangers around railways from satellite remote sensing imagery based on sky maps, and based on the technology of multi-source heterogeneous railway spatiotemporal data aggregation and fusion, implemented the aggregation and storage of unmanned aerial vehicle videos, 3D panoramic images, and related asset data, and utilized Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to create, publish, and map layers for internal and external railway data. The system has been applied in China Railway Nanning Group Co. Ltd., implemented multi-dimensional analysis of hidden dangers and comprehensive monitoring of the environment through information technology, and provided technical support for geographical environment monitoring work.
