Abstract:
The large amount of data generated during the construction process of shield tunneling machines is crucial for the plan execution, quality control, and safety management of a tunnel construction project. To meet the security management and information sharing needs of shield tunneling machine construction data, a blockchain-based shield tunneling machine construction data management system is designed, which adopts a blockchain based automatic collection and secure storage model for shield tunneling machine construction data to ensure that the original construction data is tamper proof and highly credible. The system provides visual real-time monitoring function, making it convenient for users to view the current working status and key performance indicators of each shield machine at any time. It can automatically and accurately determine any abnormalities or equipment failures that occur during the construction process of the shield machine, and send alarm messages to remind users to handle them in a timely manner. It also provides customized data query, automatic generation of construction progress reports, and statistical analysis functions to facilitate users to timely grasp the on-site construction dynamics, construction plan progress, and key indicators of shield tunneling machines, effectively monitor tunnel excavation construction, provide accurate and reliable decision-making basis, thus helping improve the decision-making efficiency of tunnel construction projects and ensuring the smooth progress of project construction. This system has been successfully applied to multiple overseas tunnel construction projects, enhancing the competitive advantage of China's shield machine products in the international market.
