基于区块链的盾构机施工数据管理系统设计

  • 摘要: 盾构机施工过程中产生的大量数据,对于隧道施工项目计划执行、质量控制和安全管理等至关重要。为满足盾构机施工数据的安全管理及信息共享需求,设计了基于区块链的盾构机施工数据管理系统,构造基于区块链的盾构机施工数据自动采集与安全存储模型,确保原始施工数据不可篡改和高可信度。该系统提供了可视化实时监控功能,方便用户随时查看每台盾构机的当前工作状态及关键性能指标,能够自动、精准判断盾构机施工过程中出现的异常及设备故障,发送报警提醒用户及时进行处置;提供定制化数据查询、施工进度报表自动生成及统计分析功能,方便用户及时掌握现场施工动态、施工计划进展及盾构机关键指标变化趋势,对隧道掘进施工进行有效监控,提供准确可靠的决策依据,有助于提高隧道施工项目决策效率,保证项目施工顺利推进。该系统已成功应用于多个海外隧道施工项目,增强了我国盾构机产品在国际市场上的竞争优势。

     

    Abstract: The large amount of data generated during the construction process of shield tunneling machines is crucial for the plan execution, quality control, and safety management of a tunnel construction project. To meet the security management and information sharing needs of shield tunneling machine construction data, a blockchain-based shield tunneling machine construction data management system is designed, which adopts a blockchain based automatic collection and secure storage model for shield tunneling machine construction data to ensure that the original construction data is tamper proof and highly credible. The system provides visual real-time monitoring function, making it convenient for users to view the current working status and key performance indicators of each shield machine at any time. It can automatically and accurately determine any abnormalities or equipment failures that occur during the construction process of the shield machine, and send alarm messages to remind users to handle them in a timely manner. It also provides customized data query, automatic generation of construction progress reports, and statistical analysis functions to facilitate users to timely grasp the on-site construction dynamics, construction plan progress, and key indicators of shield tunneling machines, effectively monitor tunnel excavation construction, provide accurate and reliable decision-making basis, thus helping improve the decision-making efficiency of tunnel construction projects and ensuring the smooth progress of project construction. This system has been successfully applied to multiple overseas tunnel construction projects, enhancing the competitive advantage of China's shield machine products in the international market.
