城市轨道交通供电设备智能运维综合管控系统的设计与实现

Intelligent operation and maintenance comprehensive management control system for urban rail transit power supply equipment

  • 摘要: 为提升城市轨道交通(简称:城轨)供电设备运营维护(简称:运维)管理智能化水平,充分发挥智能监测系统在设施设备维护管理中的作用,基于南京地铁自主建设的设施设备运维管理平台,设计了城轨供电设备智能运维综合管控系统。该系统集现场感知、生产管理、数据共享和智能分析于一体,通过设备台账映射、告警信息管理及数据智能分析等技术,实现了对现场设备智能监测系统数据的有效管理。应用实践表明,该系统能够提高设施设备故障处置效率和维护水平,为设施设备的全寿命周期管理提供更为有效的决策依据,保障城轨供电系统安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the intelligent level of operation and maintenance management of urban rail transit power supply equipment, and fully leverage the role of intelligent monitoring systems in facility equipment maintenance and management, based on the facility equipment operation and maintenance management platform independently built by Nanjing Metro, this paper designed an intelligent operation and maintenance comprehensive management and control system for urban rail transit power supply equipment. This system integrated on-site perception, production management, data sharing, and intelligent analysis. Through technologies such as equipment ledger mapping, alarm information management, and data intelligent analysis, it implemented effective management of on-site equipment intelligent monitoring system data. Application practice has shown that this system can improve the efficiency and maintenance level of facility equipment fault handling, provide more effective decision-making basis for the full life cycle management of facility equipment, and ensure the safe and stable operation of urban rail transit power supply system.
