Abstract:
In order to improve the automation level and information processing capability of railway communication and signal dispatching fault management, enhance the collection, reporting, and data integration analysis capabilities of communication and signal dispatching fault information, and implement early prediction and prevention of faults, this paper designed a communication and signal dispatching fault management system, elaborated on the overall architecture, technical architecture, functions, and key technologies of the system. This system has been stably operated in China Railway Group Co. Ltd. and its 18 railway group companies and over 100 professional stations, implemented closed-loop management of the full lifecycle of communication and signal dispatching fault information. It has positive significance in improving the information processing capability of communication and signal dispatching fault management, strengthens cross departmental and cross level information sharing, promotes collaborative work, and shortening fault response time.
