Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of on-site problem supervision and management in the process of railway passenger transport service quality supervision and management, this paper designed a railway passenger transport service quality supervision and supervision management system, utilized key technologies such as image compression processing and text classification recognition to implement a full process closed-loop management of work notification issuance, on-site inspection problem reporting, problem review, problem rectification, problem review, and problem cancellation. The system has been piloted and applied in China Railway Beijing Railway Group Co. Ltd. and its stations, improves the efficiency of passenger supervision work by more than 35%, saves more than 50% of office paper, and provides technical support for the comprehensive electronicization of passenger transport service quality supervision and supervision management.
