铁路客运服务质量监督监察管理系统设计与实现

  • 摘要: 为提高铁路旅客运输(简称:客运)服务质量监督监察管理工作效率,设计了铁路客运服务质量监督监察管理系统。利用图片压缩处理、文本分类识别等关键技术,实现了工作通知下发、现场检查问题上报、问题审核、问题整改、问题复查、问题销号的全流程闭环管理。该系统已在北京铁路局集团有限公司及其站段试点应用,使客运监察工作效率提升35%以上,节省办公用纸50%以上,为客运监察管理的全面电子化提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of on-site problem supervision and management in the process of railway passenger transport service quality supervision and management, this paper designed a railway passenger transport service quality supervision and supervision management system, utilized key technologies such as image compression processing and text classification recognition to implement a full process closed-loop management of work notification issuance, on-site inspection problem reporting, problem review, problem rectification, problem review, and problem cancellation. The system has been piloted and applied in China Railway Beijing Railway Group Co. Ltd. and its stations, improves the efficiency of passenger supervision work by more than 35%, saves more than 50% of office paper, and provides technical support for the comprehensive electronicization of passenger transport service quality supervision and supervision management.
