基于BIM+AI的高速铁路智能梁场设计及应用

Intelligent beam yard for high-speed railway based on BIM+AI

  • 摘要: 针对传统梁场生产效率低、工序协同性差及资源损耗率高等问题,在分析智能梁场内涵及典型特征的基础上,设计高速铁路(简称:高铁)智能梁场的总体架构。介绍BIM(Building Information Modeling)、数字孪生、智能物联与人工智能(AI,Artificial Intelligence)辅助生产等关键技术,以沈白(沈阳—长白山)高铁新宾梁场为例,通过采用梁场钢筋加工、精细化建模等智能化、标准化流程,显著提高梁场的生产效率、工程质量并降低成本,推动桥梁预制生产向数字化、智能化方向转型。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of the connotation and typical characteristics of intelligent beam yards, this paper designed the overall architecture of intelligent beam yards for high-speed railways to address the problems of low production efficiency, poor process coordination, and high resource loss rate in traditional beam yards, introduced key technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital twins, intelligent Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted production. Taking the Xinbin beam yard of the Shenyang - Changbai Mountain high-speed railway as an example, it significantly improved the production efficiency and engineering quality of the beam yard and reduced costs by adopting intelligent and standardized processes such as steel bar processing and fine modeling, promoted the transformation of bridge prefabrication production towards digitalization and intelligence.
