铁路货运数智场站总体方案及关键技术研究

Overall scheme and key technologies for railway freight digitization-intelligent station

  • 摘要: 基于铁路货运场站数字化与智能化(简称:数智化)发展和现代物流体系建设实际需求,针对当前货运场站的现状和存在的差距,提出了铁路货运数智场站总体方案。文章阐述了铁路货运数智场站的总体架构,按照货运场站作业和安全需求,从管理决策中心、业务应用、数智化支撑微应用等方面对铁路货运数智场站功能进行设计,并详细介绍了该总体方案中采用的全要素物联感知、数字孪生、智能分析和设备数智化改造等关键技术。现场试用表明,该总体方案运用效果良好,其功能满足设计要求和用户期望,可为铁路货运场站数智化建设提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the development of digitization and intelligence in railway freight stations and the actual needs of modern logistics system construction, this paper proposed an overall scheme for railway freight digitization-intelligence stations in response to the current situation and existing gaps of freight stations, and elaborated on the overall architecture of the railway freight digitization-intelligent station. Based on the operational and safety requirements of the freight station, the paper designed the functions of the railway freight digitization-intelligent station from the aspects of management decision center, business application, and digitization-intelligent support micro application. It also detailed the key technologies used in the overall scheme, such as all element IoT perception, digital twin, intelligent analysis, and equipment digitization-intelligent transformation. On site trials have shown that the overall scheme has a good application effect, and its functions meet the design requirements and user expectations. It can provide reference for the digitization-intelligent construction of railway freight stations.
