无线定位技术在动车组运用检修中的应用研究

Application of wireless location technology in EMU operation inspection and repair

  • 摘要: 为填补动车组运用检修过程中过程数据采集和监控的缺失,基于对运用检修的环境因素的分析和对常见室内定位技术的对比研究,提出了一种蓝牙和超宽频(UWB, Ultra Wide Band)技术相结合的定位方案。现场应用表明,该方案可有效解决运用检修作业过程中的定位监控问题,实现检修作业的过程监控、故障定位,以及路线、作业时长的统计和预警功能,提高了检修作业的科学化、精细化管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In order to fill the deficiency of data acquisition and monitoring in the process of EMU operation inspection and repair, based on the analysis of environmental factors and the comparative study of common indoor locating technologies, a locating scheme combining bluetooth and ultra wide band (UWB) technology was proposed.The field application shows that the scheme can effectively solve the problem of locating and monitoring in the process of inspection and repair operation, implement the function of monitoring and locating the faults in the process of inspection and repair operation, as well as the statistical and early warning function of railway line and operation time.
