地铁列车制动系统速度信号模拟的研究

  • 摘要: 速度信号是地铁列车制动系统的一个关键信号,对速度信号进行模拟是实现地铁列车制动实训系统和制动测试系统的基础工作。根据地铁列车架控式制动系统中速度传感器输出信号的要求,提出并实现一个实时可控的速度传感器输出信号模拟方案;利用STC15系列单片机输出高速脉冲电压信号,再将电压信号转换为电流信号,输出7 mA~14 mA脉冲电流信号,作为模拟地铁列车行驶过程中速度传感器的输出信号。仿真结果表明:该方案满足地铁列车速度传感器输出信号的模拟要求,有助于提高地铁列车制动测试系统和制动实训系统的可操作性。

     

    Abstract: The speed signal is a key signal of the braking system for subway train. Simulation of the speed signal is a fundamental work in the realization of the braking training system and the braking test system for subway train. This paper proposes a simulation scheme of real-time controllable speed sensor output signal according to the requirement of the signal output from the speed sensor in a rack-controlled braking system for subway train and realizes the simulation. STC15 series single-chip microcomputer is used to output high-speed pulse voltage signals which are then converted into 7 mA-14 mA pulse current signals as output signals for simulating the output signals from the speed sensors during the running process of a subway train. The simulation results show that this scheme meets the requirements of simulating output signals from the speed sensors in subway train and can facilitate improving the operability of the braking test system and the braking training system for subway trains.
