基于BIM技术的数字化路基填筑施工过程控制研究

  • 摘要: 针对铁路建设施工阶段,研究了基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的铁路路基数字化填筑施工过程。通过在推土机、平地机中加装坡度控制系统,实现路基填筑层几何尺寸的精确控制;在压路机中加装连续压实系统,确保路基填筑层的压实质量。工程应用表明,铁路路基数字化填筑施工的应用,实现了路基填筑层几何尺寸与压实质量的可视化控制,保证了每个压实层坡度和厚度的稳定控制;填筑层几何尺寸控制速度与精度明显提高,压实质量明显改善,表面横坡、纵坡均满足设计要求。数字化路基填筑施工进行了严格的过程及质量控制,将施工数据以数字化方式存储、分析、展示,达到了稳定施工质量、过程可追溯的目标。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the construction stage of railway construction, this article studied the construction process of digital filling of railway subgrade based on BIM technology.By installing gradient control system in bulldozers and graders, it was implemented the precise control of geometric dimension of roadbed filling layer. By installing continuous compaction system in roller, it was ensured the compaction quality of roadbed filling layer. Engineering application indicate that the visual control of geometric size and compaction quality of subgrade filling layer is implemented and the slope and thickness of each compaction layer are controlled steadily under the application of railway subgrade digital filling construction. The control speed and precision of filling layer geometry dimension are obviously improved, compaction quality is obviously improved, and the surface transverse and longitudinal slopes meet the design requirements. The digital railway subgrade filling construction has carried out strict process and quality control, and the construction data are stored, analyzed and displayed digitally, which achieves the goal of stabilizing the construction quality and traceability of the process.
