高铁铺架施工智能化系统的研究与开发

Intelligent system for high-speed railway track laying construction

  • 摘要: 针对高铁铺架施工跨度大、涉及学科和工序繁多,智能化要求高等问题,设计并实现了一款高铁铺架施工智能化系统,该系统采用B/S架构,MVC开发模式进行整体架构设计,采用ASP.NET语言实现动态Web网页,采用数据仓库技术和Apriori算法进行数据处理和挖掘。从组织施工调查模块、设计文件审核模块、竣工验收模块、完善移交模块等4个模块对平台进行了详细设计。通过实际验证得知,文章开发的高铁铺架施工智能化系统运行稳定,实用性较好,对提高我国高速铁路铺架施工的智能化水平具有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the large span for high-speed railway track laying construction, involving many disciplines and various processes, high requirement of intellectualization, an intelligent system for high-speed railway track laying construction was designed and implemented. The system used B/S architecture, MVC development mode for overall architecture design, ASP.NET language for dynamic Web pages, data warehouse technology and Apriori algorithm for data processing and mining. The system was designed in detail from four modules:organization construction investigation module, design document audit module, completion acceptance module and improving handover module. Practice has proved that the intelligent track laying construction system of high-speed railway developed in this paper runs stably and has good practicability, which has positive significance for improving the intelligent level of track laying construction of high-speed railway in China.
