煤炭品类装车日计划自动调整辅助决策系统研究

  • 摘要: 为规范煤炭运输计划受理流程、合理配置运力资源、实现煤炭运输效益最大化,设计研发了煤炭品类装车日计划自动调整辅助决策系统。通过对煤炭品类运力资源配置业务建模,基于Quick UI、JFinal框架技术和Git版本控制技术,实现空车资源管理、运输能力管理、日班计划管理和计划调整管理等功能。该系统在中国铁路西安局集团有限公司上线运行后,有效减少了煤炭运输计划编制工作的中间环节,合理配置运力,规范受理流程,取得了良好的使用效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to standardize the acceptance process of coal transportation plan, reasonably allocate transportation capacity resources, and maximize the benefits of coal transportation, this article designed and developed an auxiliary decision system for automatic adjustment of coal categories loading daily plan. Based on Quick UI, JFinal framework technology and Git version control technology, the functions of empty car resource management, transportation capacity management, daily shift plan management and plan adjustment management were implemented by modeling coal category transportation capacity resource allocation business. The system was put into operation in Xi'an Group, which effectively reduced the intermediate links in the preparation work of coal transportation plan, reasonably configured the transportation capacity, standardized the acceptance process, and achieved good results.
