城市轨道交通行车突发事件应急处置辅助决策系统研究与实现

  • 摘要: 为协助城市轨道交通运营部门处理行车突发事件,研究并开发了城市轨道交通行车突发事件应急处置辅助决策系统。在行车突发事件发生时,系统能够通过自动判断或事故参数的手动输入快速获取事故信息,自动生成行车突发事件下的列车运行计划调整方案,为行车突发事件期间的列车合理周转提供参考;同时,系统会自动根据新生成的列车运行调整方案进行行车突发事件下的线网客流预测,并将预测结果在线网图上进行可视化展示,为行车突发事件期间线网客流组织与疏导提供数据支持,实现降低行车突发事件带来的损失与影响的研究目标。以成都地铁3号线为例,通过对系统的实际操作,验证了系统在行车突发事件下的列车运行计划调整与线网客流预测与展示功能。

     

    Abstract: In order to assist the operation department of urban rail transit to deal with traffic emergency, this paper studied and developed an assistant decision-making system for emergency response of urban rail transit traffic accidents.In case of traffic emergency, the system could quickly obtain accident information through automatic judgment or manual input of accident parameters, and automatically generated train operation plan adjustment scheme under traffic emergency, which provided reference for reasonable train turnover during traffic emergency; at the same time, the system would automatically predict the line network passenger flow under the traffic emergency according to the newly generated train operation adjustment scheme, and visually display the prediction results on the line network graph, provide data support for the line network passenger flow organization and facilitation during the traffic emergency, and implement the research goal of reducing the loss and impact caused by the traffic emergency.Taking Chengdu Metro Line 3 as an example, through the actual operation of the system, the functions of train operation plan adjustment and line network passenger flow prediction and display were verified.
