动车组轮对运行状态检测及健康管理系统设计

Operation state detection and health management system design for EMU wheelset

  • 摘要: 总结了动车组轮对管理的现状,在此基础上提出了轮对健康管理的思路,分别从状态监控、健康趋势评估预测、故障诊断及运维决策方面进行阐述。结合现有轮对检测系统,从基础数据收集、数据管理、数据分析以及数据应用方面对动车组轮对运行状态监测及健康管理系统构架作了详尽分析,并对管理流程进行了相应规划。最后,以轮对镟修方案的选择为例,介绍了健康管理的经济性和实用性,为轮对全寿命周期的管理提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: This article summarized the current situation of wheelset management of EMU, and put forward the idea of wheelset health management, which was elaborated from the aspects of condition monitoring, health trend assessment and prediction, fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance decision-making. Combining with the existing wheelset detection system, the article made a detailed analysis of the system framework from the aspects of basic data collection, data management, data analysis and data application, and made corresponding planning for the management process. Taking the selection of wheelset lathing repair scheme as an example, the introduced the economy and practicability of health management, which provided a reference for the management of wheelset throughout its life cycle.
