  • 摘要: 针对人工统计分析轨道动态检测数据效率低、易出错、不规范、不统一等问题,在规范数据分析思路、方法、流程和格式的基础上,通过Excel VBA编程技术,设计开发了轨道动态检测数据统计分析应用程序,该程序实现了车载晃车仪日报表的自动统计分析,车载晃车仪、便携添乘仪和动(轨)检车等检测数据的综合分析,作业质量的自动评价,轨控薄弱地段的自动预警,轨控动态质量趋势分析及动(轨)检车检测成果报表自动生成等功能,节省了分析时间,提高了分析质量和效率,分析结果指导生产,提升了设备质量。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems that track dynamic detection data by manual statistics is low efficiency, error prone, non-standard and unconformity, on the basis of standardizing the thinking, method, process and format of data analysis, through Excel VBA programming technology, this article designed and developed an application program for statistical analysis of track dynamic detection data. It was implemented the automatic statistical analysis of the daily report of railway vehicle shaking instrument, and comprehensive analysis of detection data for vehicle shaking instrument, portable multiplying instrument and mobile railway inspection vehicle with the program. The function of automatic evaluation of operation quality, automatic early warning for track control weak areas, dynamic quality trend analysis of track control, and automatic generation of inspection report forms for EMU (track) inspection vehicles were also realized. The analysis time is saved, the analysis quality and efficiency are improved, and the analysis result guides production and improves the quality of equipment.
